Terms of Use
1. Who we are
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("we", "us"). By using it you enter into an agreement with us on these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. You must be an adult
The site produces sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher age. We confirm your age at entry and again at registration. Giving a false confirmation is a breach of these terms and ends your access immediately.
3. What you may upload
You may upload a photograph only if both of the following are true:
- you hold the rights to that image, or the person shown has given you permission to use it here; and
- every person shown is an adult.
Uploading an image of a minor is forbidden without exception, is reported to the competent authorities, and results in permanent termination. We screen uploads automatically and review flagged material by hand.
You also may not upload images of public figures, of people who have asked you not to, or of anyone whose likeness you intend to use to harass, defame, extort, or deceive. The Acceptable Use Policy lists this in full and forms part of these terms.
4. What you get back
Output is generated by a machine learning model. It is synthetic: it depicts events that did not happen. We do not guarantee that any particular generation will succeed, resemble the input, or meet your expectations.
You are responsible for what you do with the result. Publishing or sharing synthetic sexual imagery of a real person without their consent is illegal in many jurisdictions, and doing so is your act, not ours.
5. Credits and payment
Generation is paid for with credits. Credits are bought with Telegram Stars, hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts except where we provide a feature that does so.
Prices are shown before purchase. A generation debits your balance when it is submitted. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the exact amount debited is returned to your balance automatically — never a smaller amount, and never a coupon.
A generation that completes has been delivered, and the credits spent on it are not refundable because you dislike the result. Payment disputes are handled under Telegram's Stars rules; write to us first and we will normally resolve it faster than a chargeback would.
6. How long we keep your files
Uploaded photographs are deleted once the generation that used them finishes. Results stay available in your account for 30 days, then are permanently deleted along with their database records. Download anything you want to keep. We do not archive deleted files.
7. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your uploads, your results and your profile. Records we are required to keep — payment records, and logs relating to a reported abuse case — are retained for as long as the law requires and no longer.
8. When we may suspend or terminate
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we reasonably suspect of automated abuse, or where we are required to by law. Where the breach is not a child-safety matter we will normally tell you why. Unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited only where the termination followed a breach by you.
9. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
