Acceptable Use
This policy is part of the Terms of Use. It says what you may not do here. Breaking any of it ends your access.
Absolutely forbidden
- Any image of a minor. No exceptions, no context in which it is acceptable, no "they look older". Uploads are screened automatically, flagged material is reviewed by a person, and confirmed cases are reported to the competent authorities with the account's records.
- Images of a real person used without their consent — a colleague, a classmate, an ex-partner, someone from social media.
- Using output to harass, threaten, extort, defame or deceive anyone, including publishing it, sending it to the person depicted, or passing it off as real.
- Depictions of non-consensual acts presented as real, or involving people who cannot consent.
- Images of identifiable public figures — politicians, performers, athletes, anybody recognisable.
Also not allowed
- Sharing an account, or reselling access to it.
- Automating the site — scripts, scrapers, headless browsers — or working around the captcha and the free-generation limit.
- Trying to reach files that are not yours, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfering with the service for others.
- Uploading anything you do not have the right to upload, including copyrighted material that is not yours.
How we enforce this
Uploads pass an automated check before a job is queued. Anything the check flags goes to a human review queue instead of the generator. We can suspend an account while a report is investigated, and we ban permanently where a breach is confirmed.
We do not need a court order to remove content. If somebody tells us their photograph is here without their consent, we remove it and then look into it.
Reporting something
Anyone can report content, with or without an account, through the content removal form. We answer within 72 hours. If the matter is urgent — an image of a minor, or someone in danger — say so in the message and it goes to the front of the queue.
